Impressionism was an art of the 19th century movement which was born as a loose association of artists based in Paris whose independence exhibitions have brought to the fore in the years 1870 and 1880. Post-Impressionists extended Impressionism, by refusing his limitations: it continues with vivid colors, thick paint, distinctive brushstrokes and real-life subject, but were more inclined to emphasize geometric forms, to distort the shape expressive effect, and to use unnatural orarbitrary colour.This video is part of the "Palette and an homage to the Impressionists and Post-Impressionism.
